Rooftop pool area includes communal charcoal grill. 

Our apartment was furnished and chosen with our two young children in mind. NOTE: Rooftop pool does not have safety precautions equivalent to U.S. standards. Parents of young children should consider this carefully and parents of older children must assume responsibility for following building safety rules prohibiting children from swimming in pool or playing on rooftop areas unsupervised by an adult. We provide a packnplay at no extra charge.

We cannot allow pets per building rules. 

No smoking allowed inside apartment. Permitted on terrace only.
